Apples and cinnamon muffins

Muffin dough we need the following ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 cups of flour
1 pinch of baking
1 vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
In addition we need:
2-3 apples
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon
First light the oven, and then we take care of preparing muffins.
Mix the eggs with the sugar, oil, salt, vanilla and flour mixed with laptele.La finally put dough copt.In dust above we add apples peeled and cut dough into mini muffin tins diced.We put, sprinkle sugar and mixed with cinnamon. Put the pan in the oven until nicely browned above.
