Easy Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 5 -6 red potatoes, unpeeled
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 bag of recipe ready bacon bits
Directions
- Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Boil for about 12 minutes or until fork tender.
- Drain potatoes and allow to cool completely.
- Add remaining ingredients; all of which can be adjusted to your liking.
