I can imagine some instructions.......for the color it appears they've used a pink artists acrylic from a tube and the white puddle could be a gel extender that creates the intensity of the opaqueness or density of the color. I would think you could use any water based paint including water colors and just use water as an extender, make it fun to experiment! The green and pink fabric is likely gingham, that's what I would use for a couple of reasons, it's more malleable than paper, and gingham looks the same on the right and wrong sides of the fabric. Attach with some white craft glue that will dry clear, like elmers or Aileens.
