Healthy smoothie that is beneficial for your hair
Ingredients:
45 large strawberries, halved1 peach, pitted
- 1 banana
- Small handful of spinach
- Small handful of kale
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 small container of low-fat Greek yogurt
