- You need a star decorating tip, pastry bag, a teaspoon, butter cream and possibly a some hot water to dip the spoon into.
- I used this large Ateco tip.
- Pipe ”balls” in a line on the cake as shown on the picture.
- Use the back of a spoon to pull the butter cream to the side. Use hot water or some papertowels to remove butter cream from the spoon.
- Repeat until you have pulled the spoon through all the ”balls”.
- Pipe new ”balls” in a line, as seen on picture 6.
- Use the back of a spoon to pull the butter cream to the side. Use hot water or some papertowels to remove butter cream from the spoon.
- Repeat step 6-7 until you have gone all the way around the cake.
